I got the same error on mine. Put "\" at the end of your folder directories. Fixed it for me.

so i decided to install steamCMD on my C: drive and looks like ur CAT doesnt like the L: Drive.....

Hmm, I'll look into that, because it shouldn't matter, I write the code and test it on my H drive. But... there's an issue and I'll do what I can to track it down!

I had to add the \ to both the cmd file path and the server file path. Additionally, make sure your steamCMD.exe is located in the folder you set up for steamCMD. My drive was the G:\ and it worked okay.

Are you putting in you server ip and port? Screenshot you show shows nothing.
