[Not a Bug] Buildings disappear - RAT3

Not sure if this is a RAT3 problem or something I'm messing up. However, when using RAT3 to load my server I see a bunch of strange "prefab" errors. Then, when I do load into it with a character it loads fine. However, when I see a build, any building, and I walk towards it, it disappears as I get closer and it isn't there. I can walk right through where it was.

Here are examples of my errors:

No idea, other than it isn't a RAT thing as that isn't something RAT touches at all. You probably need to do a steam verify on the files or something like that, or using an incompatible mod or something.

Yep, I fixed it just fine after I updated the dedicated server database via Steam. So, I'm guessing this will be able to be done via RAT once that functionality is added back in?
