I'm doing this now, so I figured I'd post the information for anyone else.
First, assuming you don't have or want to install from a CDROM(I don't have a CD Drive in my PC), or you want to install using USB (what I am doing). You'll need to create an image of windows to install from.
Download this tool: Windows 10
Follow the steps when you run it (it is easy and makes sense).
